If it can't answer those, it isn't doing its job, and every ad, post and flyer is sending people somewhere that lets them down. I can fix that.

Why a real human
Artificial Intelligence is a brilliant tool and I use it every day. It helps me think faster and try more ideas.
But it can't stand on your shop floor with a camera, get the real story out of you, or notice that nobody's answering the phone. It doesn't know which idea is right for your business, and it won't be the one you ring when something goes wrong. That part's me.

A wood-fired sauna in Ngunguru that my wife Kayleigh and I run. I did the name, the brand, the website, the booking system and the SEO.

National marketing, 2018 to 2023
I ran the marketing for a national kitchen retailer and found the reports were counting browsers as leads. After fixing that, leads grew 126% over three years on flat ad spend.

I reinvented the brand, with a new voice, catalogues and signage, and oversaw the build of their new website.

The ads were all price promos and nobody was looking. I put the team in front of the camera and sent 2,439 people to the store page at 88 cents a click.
About me
I've been in marketing for 20 years, ten of them running my own web business, and have a few awards under my belt. I'm based on the Tūtūkākā Coast and work with businesses anywhere. Auckland's a drive, and anywhere further is a flight.
